Introduction

The heat-conducting oil version ribbon mixer is a type of stirring mixer. This machine is equipped with a mold temperature controller. It features a simple structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance. This model is specially designed for processes with high temperature requirements, and the actual temperature can reach up to 200 degrees Celsius. Therefore, it is widely used in the powder processing industry and has achieved good economic benefits and practical results.

Working Principle

This machine is mainly composed of a cylindrical barrel with a jacket, a ribbon agitator, a transmission mechanism, a heat-conducting oil circulation system, an electrical control part, etc. The ribbon agitator is installed on the main shaft and rotates under the drive of the motor, forming a strong turbulent force field.

Due to the different arrangement forms of the inner and outer spiral blades of the ribbon agitator, different mixing operation states are formed. When the inner ribbon agitator rotates at a high speed, it can push the slurry from the center of the barrel to both sides; while when the outer ribbon agitator rotates at a low speed, it will draw the slurry on both sides to the middle. Therefore, after the continuous and repeated alternate pushing and reverse pushing processes of the mixture under the two different speeds, the purpose of highly homogenized operation is achieved.

At the same time, since the heat-conducting oil medium has been introduced into the jacket and there is a temperature difference between it and the wall of the barrel, a heat transfer channel is formed. In this way, this energy gradient can be utilized to achieve the purpose of heating or cooling. In addition, by virtue of the characteristics of the heat-conducting oil for heating up and cooling down and the adjustment of the corresponding heat exchange area, the temperature range of the materials in the container can be adjusted, enabling the materials to meet the operation requirements of the entire production process in a constant state.
